Shipping Policy:
It’s simple and it helps bring your cartridge prices down to a point where they’re lower than any other site on the internet! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders whether it’s one cartridge a hundred. We generally ship small orders by Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and larger orders by UPS (3-5 business days). If you need to receive your order faster, we will ship it U.S, Priority Mail and UPS 2-day delivery. Since we cannot absorb the extra cost of expedited order, there is a small shipping charge.

Return Policy:
If you have a product(s) to return for credit or replacement, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Simply download the RMA Form, print it, complete the required fields, and include this Form with your returned merchandise. The number will be used to track your replacement product (or your refund), whichever you request. Return the product in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice and any pertinent credit card information. To expedite your refund, you should provide the same credit card information used to make your initial purchase. It is essential that you follow these return instructions because any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Thank you for your understanding.
